About the Site
Most of what is on the Website is viewable without registering/becoming a member, but to actively participate/store your information, you must sign up as a member and authorize the use and disclosure of your personal information for purposes of allowing us to provide the Services and as otherwise disclosed in our Privacy Policy. You understand that the information on the Website is there to assist you in finding appropriate mental health services. It is in no way intended to offer you advice on your mental health concerns or diagnose you. The Website is not a substitute for professional mental health services. Do NOT use the Website for emergency services. Please call 911 if you have a psychiatric or medical emergency. Your use of information on the Website is at your own risk.
There is no therapeutic relationship with any of the Sandoval Therapy therapists just by using the information on the Website. Sandoval Therapy will assist you in finding appropriate referrals, with the understanding that we make no guarantees of the quality of services that you end up with. Sandoval Therapy will not be held liable for any decision made based on this information.
Authorization and Acknowledgement
In connection with using the Website and the Services to locate and schedule appointments with mental health professionals, you understand that:
- Sandoval Therapy chooses mental health therapists to be featured on the Website based on a pre-existing contractual agreement with those therapists.
- Sandoval Therapy will provide you with a list of mental health professionals who may be suitable to deliver the mental health services that you are seeking based solely on the information that you provide to Sandoval Therapy Again; you are in charge of and responsible of picking your own therapist.
The Website
Sandoval Therapy makes the Website available as a service to consumers and mental health professionals for the purposes of providing an informative and educational resource. The timeliness, accuracy, and effectiveness of any or all of the Information are not guaranteed. We make no claims as to the effectiveness of any such therapies, products, and services. Any products and/or services represented on the Site by advertisers, sponsors, and other Site participants, either paid or unpaid, are presented for your awareness and do not necessarily imply appropriateness for any particular individual or prediction of effectiveness, outcome, or success.
Sandoval Therapy is not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our site, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Website to another website or service, our policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our Website, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies.
